If you desire to gain weight and have bigger legs/glutes while remaining lean (keeping a flat stomach) at the same time this is the plan for you. What's included: -Free 30 minute consultation -Clients can choose to train 2 or 3 days per week. 6 and 12 month training package options are available. Please Note: This offering is a 1-on-1 virtual training. All sessions must be booked from this page. Upcoming sessions can be managed from the member portal under the "My Bookings" tab. The "Personal Training Agreement" and all other required documents must be completed prior to participating in the first session. Document links will be sent via email.
Training sessions cancelled by client are non refundable. A 24 hour notice is requested for any cancellations. Make up sessions may be available upon availability. All clients are required to pay weekly or monthly fees. Training fees are non refundable. Additional sessions will require additional fees.
