90 Day Challenge

This 90 Day Program is designed for members who want a complete transformation with long term plans. We will train your brain and teach you how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Whether you are wanting to lose weight or develop a solid foundation Or you are wanting to get sexy and tight and redefine those  curves. This is the program for you!! I like to call it "carving your canvas". Here you will learn how responsive your body can be when you detox your body and work from the inside out starting with nutrition.

Initial Assessment

We will review where you currently are and where you desire to be and develop a goal. 

 

Meal Plan

A FREE MEAL PLAN is included with this program for the first 10 people who sign up. We will help you learn how to meal prep which is truly the key aspect of the success you will achieve! We cater to meat lovers, vegans, vegetarians and prescaterians. 

 

Fitness Regimen

Virtual Group training will be included in this program. We will meet via zoom 3x per week. You can workout right from the comfort of your home or the gym. You will need 5 pound weights and resistance bands that have the handles and thigh resistance bands. Our workout regimen includes Plyometrics, cardio and strength training. We will determine your fitness level during the F.I.T. test. 

 

Progress Portal

You will be added to a private group to share your results and ask any questions.  

30 Day Challenge: Volume 1

This 30 day virtual challenge has been designed for those who are looking to burn fat while building lean muscle right from the comfort of your home. No matter whether you are a beginner or advanced you will benefit from this challenge. The only equipment needed is 5 pound weights. The meal plan will include grocery list, recipes and guidelines on how to lose, gain or maintain weight!

Lean Mean Fat Burning Machine

This training program is designed for those who are trying to loose inches and burn body fat all over but tone at the same time. If you desire to carve your canvas and shape it into the shape you desire without loosing everything and being left with flabby skin, this is the plan for you.
